Anybody using the Monokakido dictionaries app on macos?

Hi all, I have a question about the Monokakido app on macos. I use their dictionary A LOT on my ipad, but I recently purchased a macos and had a question that maybe someone on here has an answer to, namely :

Can you link the dictionaries to the native macos dictionary app? I would love to get the results in the pop-up dictionary, but my google-fu is too weak to find an answer (or it might just not be possible). But just in case someone knows how, please share your wisdom :bowing_man:

As far as I know, the best you can do is fake it with the “search clipboard” feature. Put the app in some corner of your screen and if you come across a word you don’t know, highlight and copy it. Results will automatically show up in the monokakido dictionaries window.
A bit unwieldy, probably just easier to use Yomichan if you’re in front of a computer anyways, but it works.
