Anybody else have trouble pronouncing r-mōra after ん?

i’ve always noticed that it’s really difficult for me to pronounce words like べんり or しんり. to do it, i have to remove the tip of my tongue from the roof of my mouth after making the ん sound so that i can flick it again to make the next consonant sound. often, んり would come out sounding more like なり or んディ or just a straight up english “nri.” does anyone else have this issue, or am i forming my consonants incorrectly?

The り in these situations often does end up sounding similar to a ディ but you can usually tell which is which by context. Here is a link of some native speakers saying べんり.
