Any way to show dropdowns for both Meaning and Reading if I get a mistake?

I just want to do some rapid fire reviewing without resorting to my mouse every time I make a mistake. Is there some way to get both dropdowns to show if I get something wrong? (so that I just have to use the keyboard)

Also, for future reference, there’s a button at the bottom-right corner of the review screen which shows you all of the keyboard shortcuts.
