I’m reaching (somewhat) near the end of Lvl3, the end of the free trial. Will I still be able to review the Kanji after I finish? Or will it be locked?

You’ll continue to get reviews for the level 1-3 items until they reach the “Burned” level, but you won’t receive any new lessons.
