馬力 meaning horsepower, i think HP would be a fitting abbreviation, and
医大 meaning medical university, I think medical uni should be accepted too, especially since 大学生 accepts uni student.
While it may be good to propose these changes keep in mind that:
- The change may not happen, or
- The change may take a long time to be implemented
Meanwhile, you can simply add these definitions as synonyms and they will be marked as correct in the future.
