I am trying to say that my leg has been injured since February. Would this be the correct way to say it?
二月の頃から、脚がけがをしていた。

二月の頃から、脚がけがをしていた。
Now I am no grammar expert at all, but I am decently sure that the していた makes it “Had been” (it used to be an ongoing event, but not anymore). Maybe just use している?
Again not an expert, but maybe just “二月の頃から、脚がけがしている(んだ)。” works??
No, this is not correct, since you’re using past tense of する。
I’d say it like this:
2月に足を怪我してて、まだ治っていない。
I injured my leg in February and it hasn’t healed yet.
This is correct, although I don’t think の頃 adds anything here, so I’d skip it.
二月から脚がけがしている。
