WE’RE ENTERING DAY 14 :DDDD
Suddenly the plot started moving forward and Shirou is mad dashing towards a location right now, whew ^^
I’m very much not a big fan of Sakura being like “im sorry…” and Shirou being like “I WILL PROTECT YOU. NO WORRIES.”, so I’m excited for the pacing to finally pick up xdd
Also, I’m surprised this word is so popular, I completely forgot that the 護 kanji even existed in the first place
Maybe I’m reading too little ^^
although…
658 days on WaniKani as of today ^^
It’s a lifetime thing by now xddd
Also, AROACE MENTIONED, WOOO
And I’ve been working on another script for Bookwalker, this time, one that reverse-engineers the reader and pulls all of the pages independent of the whole reader, and it works, it’s pretty fast, and you have an option of uploading books immediately through Mokuro to a Mega drive so that you can access it on the tablet, I have a lot to clean up, but it’d be fun to make it public one day ^^
Life
Damn, and they parallel parked it and all, very nice ship
Today, my story brings me to a place I’ve never visited before, Alt-Lietzow, and if you thought I’d be playing an instrument…
…I probably should, but this is not why I went there xddd
The writer/collage friend of mine invited me to a Creative Writer’s Meetup, that apparently has been around since the 90s - and you can see that the age of some of the people there can also reflect that ^^
It’s bilingual, meaning I was forced to both read and think (and give criticism too!) in German!
My friend wrote in English though and her story was either an excerpt or an abridged version of a bigger prose story she’s currently working on, and she wrote it in a very specfic way where she wasn’t one hundred percent sure what response she will get, and I commented on her work, and she was like “HMMM” and started writing things down xdd
I didn’t end up bringing any story, but I got 9 sheets of paper back home, 6 of them in German - both my favorite and my least favorite story were in German, the favorite I barely understood, but it was a portrait of a generational trauma written through letters passed from one generation to the other, and the refusal to pass them down, and the refusal to read them, and I was just transported to an environment where I was hallucinating how the story went based on the vibes alone xddd
And the least favorite, a scifi story, excerpt from a book, chapter 2, where the guy writing this Obviously Didn’t Know how women’s bodies work and it was the prime menwritingwomen material, but at least the language was simple xddd
This creative writing group is held once a month, and once a year there’s a special prose reading event for the members of the verein, where they’re allowed to read their bigger works of art and people are listening, so hey, cool deal!
And for my birthday, my friend made me a notebook with a collage and a dedication to want to write inside of it, and you know, I should be writing more xddd
See you tomorrow C:
