Is there a way to display reviews in a smaller font?

I want to view kanji/vocab at 10-14px instead of the huge font they display it as. 
Right now I just zoom the page out but then I can’t read what I’m typing very well.
Also, I know nothing about webdesign so I can’t make this simple change myself (sorry!)

Is there something out there that can lower the font size during reviews?

Perhaps a script could accomplish this?
I wouldn’t know how to, but I’d be surprised if there wasn’t someone on here that did.

Ethan, Thx. I bumped the size to 48px, however  :-)
