January 25 update:
Read 5 pages of ζγγγγε°ε₯³ (chapter 18). This chapter was again quite heavy on explanations of recent scientific discoveries of year 2660 and Kazuoβs involvement, but it got better towards the end. The end of the chapter was a bit weird, and presumably set a new mood for the rest of the story.
