I took so long to reply to this. I don’t have discord (edit: i made a discord accnt but I don’t know what to do with it ), but i like your idea. I have some listening goals to catch up on (or restart regular listening). Although I am about to disappear for 10 days, I have the following episodes I wanted to listen to. If any of these overlap with your goals, I would love to listen to the same ones as you around the same time, for some motivation/shared discussion!

Well I’ve completed neglected this club for the last 2+ months! I was pretty much up to the schedule before then.
I’m on a road trip in Australia and should be listening to this, though I need to be careful as previously I was listening to the podcast when trying to sleep on planes…
The next few days I have some long drives so I’m aiming to do minimum one episode per day.
I do tend to do better when there’s a schedule. I think the issue is I don’t check in to the listening section of the forum and then I forget about the thread.
Good start! Today I’ve finished listening to episode 67, and then listened to episode 68.
Episode 67: her description of the incidents with the oysters were hilarious though slightly difficult to follow at time.
Episode 68: for some reason her half year review struck quite a chord with me, maybe because I’m feeling like it’s getting to the end of the year and there’s lots of things I haven’t done. Also my reading of English books is similar to hers - only one completed and two in progress. Also aiming for 12 this year. Whoops!
Episode 69: Utaco seems way more enthusiastic about Japanese service stations than seems warranted. Also ironic that in the part where she mentioned being told she is easy to understand for Japanese learners, she spoke so fast I had to play that section three times!
Episode 70: I’d like to go to Yosemite sometime. Maybe in a few years.
