My last 10 
kanji lessons are tomorrow, followed by a cascade of vocabulary. Here’s hoping that vocab is a breeze after stuffing in all these kanji~ we shall see!
Hello.
Back for a little touch-and-go.
I finished my final kanji lessons on 60 today. I can’t even begin to process, let alone describe what this means yet. Because I have to keep going!
I’m officially left with a little over 1000 vocab lessons. For the last several months, I’ve been limiting myself to 15 lessons per day, so as not to become overwhelmed with reviews and kanji.
I’m going to switch gears tomorrow and adapt a slightly different approach. I have been absorbing vocabulary lessons very quickly, so I’m going to see what it’s like doing 25 per day. A little nervous about the review load increase, but I’ll play it by ear.
If I’m able to maintain a pace of 25 per day, I should be finishing up in 42 days exactly! How fortuitous… 
At which point, I will consume cake, and finally make my level 60 post!
So here’s to focusing on vocabulary lessons at a higher pace! 
I’m sure I’ll sum this up better in my inevitable level 60 post, but I feel so relieved to be at the end of the road. Not only do I feel confident about having seen all these kanji before, I’m actually looking forward to using them to rapidly absorb vocab. I’ve never been excited to learn vocab before, and after 10 years of Japanese study, I finally feel ready to roll??!
I’ll check in at times, I’m sure! Can’t wait to get to the end of these lessons, eat cake, and focus on other areas (book club? 
)

I have been going STRONG for the last 4 weeks with 25 vocab a day… but let me tell you, this pace is a BEAST
I regularly have ~150-200 apprentices, and 200-300 total reviews per day ;-; which is a lot for me ;-;
I have 2 more weeks of this left before im through EVERYTHING.
making plans for cake. so ready to escape from this ocean of reviewing. can’t wait to reflect on and celebrate my Wanikani journey when it is through!!!
