Huh. Kimblee uses わたくし when he introduces himself to Winry. I always thought that was feminine language.

Not really plot relevant, but page 70, I’m wondering if Andrew, Benjamin and Charlie are people’s names, or if they’re the Amestrian equivalent of Alpha, Bravo, Charlie.
I didn’t even realize that the names start from A, B and C

I’m trying to figure out if the conversation that Mustang and Hawkeye are having at the start of the chapter is coded, or just literal. Like “I bought a lot of flowers, will you take some?” = I’ve learnt some important information, is it safe to tell you? “I haven’t got a vase” = no, I’m not secure right now. Like, they have had several coded conversations throughout the series, but Mustang also did just buy a bunch of flowers…
I think that even if they did not have code phrases, Mustang clued in that something’s going on.
So what he’s going to do with all these flowers?!!
