Got to love a battle that wraps up in a couple of chapters after the epic battles we’ve had in recent weeks. This might be the first time we’ve seen the hero party in full battle mode, they are very cool, especially Himmel’s speed!
Honestly, I have, like, 15 volumes, but I don’t remember where I read up to when I trailed off a year ago…
I tried watching the series and my vocab isn’t good enough to enjoy just watching… I’m still missing too much
I agree the anime is hard, actually I find the manga hard too so many words I don’t come across regularly enough elsewhere
My gut feeling was you got something around volume 7-8? I attempted to search your log but discourse can’t cope with the thousands of messages the latest on your log I found was ch 59 (vol 7) in March last year.
Anyway, what I do in these situations is page through until things look totally surprising, back up a bit and jump back in. That would be fun to read Frieren updates on your log again!
Interesting, we went from not revealing any hints she’s from the future to avoid changing the future, to being very open with the others about what is going on. I like that Heiter tried hard to find out about the future but Frieren wasn’t letting on.
I wonder how they are questioning the great and the wise about how to get Frieren back to the future, are they telling them Frieren’s situation too. And I like that when asking the great and the wise didn’t work, they tried asking around in the pub instead!
