finished ch 20 and 21 today
chap 20 and chap 21 are fully populated
cleaned up the vocab sheet - realize mistakes happen but seemed especially bad recently…some reminders for the vocab sheet
If you aren't sure, don't add
post your question to the forum and then go back and add to the spreadsheet
kept finding the incorrect definition used quite often
the definition isn’t always the first one in the dictionary
sometimes it’s the 3rd or 5th or even 9th.
pick the one the makes the most sense based on the grammar and context.
also make sure that the dictionary entries are being entered
don’t use personal definitions
if you want to include additional info, use the notes column
this stuff used to make me so lost 
when I first started reading years ago getting stuck because the incorrect definition was populated. don’t want to see other beginners getting lost and struggling when there is really no need for that.
put the whole word in the kanji column - admittedly haven't seen this until this club
as an example of what was cleaned up (found it in a few places)

hadn’t seen it in other book clubs so cannot tell if it’s just an oops/typo but include the whole word
keep the table formatting logical
haven’t ever seen it happen until this club
was finding font sizes from 6pt to 16pt randomly mixed in
also was finding cell alignment all moved about top vs bottom
really looked hella strange
should have taken a screenshot before cleaning it up and posted it but oh well
this is less of an issue if the info is correct but it’s annoying to read 
Similar to the first item - ensure the word is the correct vocab
Kanji combined make different words and if you aren’t sure or mix up the meaning
我が儘 is one word with the meaning of “willful”
but was populated only as 儘 with the meaning of “as it is”
suppose I could have goofed but not sure how the sentence would have made any sense parsed the other way. In any case, realize there’s no malice (unless there’s a demon among us - thankfully 勇者たち are with us) but did want to remind folks when filling out the sheet, be careful and make sure the data is accurate and formatted correctly.
It can really lead a beginner very much astray
