But it accepts ‘To Fall’

Yes it is correct. To Fall is in the allow list which is a hidden list of allowed answers. Yo can check the content of the allow list with the Item Inspector script.

I honestly don’t know. I only see it in the allow list. Why it is there is a mystery.

Yes. I said the meaning is correct because it is in the allow list, not because of my knowledge of the Japanese language.
It appears to have been added in this update.
I don’t know why though. Pretty much all transitive uses of “to fall” are archaic now, as far as I’m aware. It seems strange to me to accept it.
If I missed the reasoning somewhere, let me know.
