- There it said that ったって is a contracted form of と言ったって (lit. “although one says ~”, “even if they say ~”).
- ちゃんと is properly (like ぐっすりI think)

So I read it as "They said it’s afternoon nap’s time, but I sleep well at night and can’t sleep so much… "
