I’m not an experienced reader, but I don’t like not answered questions, so take it with a grain of salt :sweat_smile:

  1. There it said that ったって is a contracted form of と言ったって (lit. “although one says ~”, “even if they say ~”).
  2. ちゃんと is properly (like ぐっすりI think)
  3. I agree

So I read it as "They said it’s afternoon nap’s time, but I sleep well at night and can’t sleep so much… " :sleeping:
