流島 (るとう) meaning?

Top panel, third line from the left. The closest thing I can come up with is 島流し, but that word has the order of the kanji switched, has a し at the end, and uses kunyomi readings instead of onyomi. What the hell is going on here???

JoJo Part 1 has a reading club.

Though, Araki certainly made up quite some words, but certainly not the only author that does this. I would use Google to search (probably add とは to the end) – if I am lucky, there would be some results, or some clues, even if not in Jisho, Goo, or Weblio.

Well, there are – 流島 - Google Search

Perfect, thank you, I wonder why that word is so elusive
