Speaking of not expecting plot anymore, I’m almost done with volume 5 and it was 70% [redacted] making, followed by 15% plot and now ~12% random side stories. (And 3% legal terms, cover and illustrations I guess).
Those 70% were a bit of a chore, to be honest. I really can relate to the negative comments on BookLive.
To pastiche this comment, this is basically a [redacted] making manual cleverly disguised as an isekai novel.
Plot was amazing though.
