    Currently, my understanding is:
    向こう = over there
    何か = something
    もやっとする = ???

    のそっと = ?

Is もやっとする some incredibly weird way to say もえる?
“Something out there feels like burning?”
I don’t know, do the 4DW use passive smoke signals to comunicate?

Hello friends! Sorry, I’m late with this chapter because I got my book just yesterday, and I only just started the chapter.

Thesaurus gave me this for もやっとする,and one synonym phrase(どうも釈然としない) means vaguely “feels strange, feels weird”, so I reckon that makes もやっとする indicate uncertainty? Sorta??

“I think it’s somewhere over there”. (“because there is a strange feeling from across there”).

@beari, sorry, I forgot about that one yesterday.

So, my hot take on this is that it’s just 「乗す, 載す」-せて＋おく, where 乗す:to take on board, to give a ride to. By omitting bits here and there it turns into のっそと
… I guess

Yoon actually repeats something similar on p.31
「白龍様最後尾をてれっとついて来な」
The only thing I can make out of this is that it’s just
〜て(い)る + おく again, meaning something like
“(as I repeated before) keep on being,stick to the end of the line”

Please do say what you make out of this, I could be completely off :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I was thinking just 30 minutes earlier so like 0830? Its only one chapter so it should be okay. If it’s not okay with anyone, let me know and we can do the standard 0900.

For the page 31 sentence, I actually found this. He’s saying that Kija has no kiai because he’s a sheltered boy lol
