One of the listed meanings for 微か is “delicate” to which “deliberate” is probably similar enough, that it gets accepted as correct. It does have a totally different meaning though. I frequently get it wrong and if I didn’t have “reviews plus” running I wouldn’t even realize I was constantly learning and reinforcing a wrong translation. At least on jisho.org “delicate” isn’t even listed as a translation for the vocab, only for the kanji.
Would be great if “deliberate” could get black-listed as a wrong translation.
