I must say, what I find really amazing is not only the fact that each of the stories has pretty much the same length, but also that they have very similar structure! I guess I wouldn’t notice otherwise, but since we are breaking each night in half, it very often (always?) feels like the first half has the general setup, and then right at the start of the second part, some twist happens, and the “core” of the story comes to light. I wouldn’t have noticed if we hadn’t decided on this schedule, I think. To me this feels like an incredible storytelling skill.
