Hello, I was reading the Reading Explanation for 下 and… I don’t get it. “What’s below you? What’s below your foot? Oh no. The worst thing possible: It’s した.” Maybe it’s because I’m French. I’m not a fluent English speaker. Most of the time, it is ok. But for this one, I’m “lost in translation”. What does した means? Is it a reference? Or a pun? Tahnk you in advance. ---

It’s a pun - I’ve found alot of these don’t work with a “french” brain. Try coming up with your own it’ll help immensely 🙂 ---
