一例 is translated in wanikani as “instance” or “example,” which is fine, but it’s odd that “one example” is considered incorrect.
I assume that this is because it’s not a counter, like maybe WaniKani is trying to prevent us from assuming you can go 一例, 二例, 三例… but at the same time, clearly “one example” is a valid translation of the word seeing as it’s in two of the example sentences.
Wondering if “one example” could be considered for the allow list.
