I finally got to reading this week’s material.
I think he thought he caused the nosebleed by bumping into Miyamura.
I think he said that because he was pulling Miyamura’s shirt to stop him: “Sorry!!! Souta’s big brother you are dying…”

That a minor misunderstanding leads to Hori scraching Miyamura on the face is… concerning.
