Only these two could possibly put themselves in a situtation where they’re mutually nervous about giving a Valentine gift. (Also, I love that it never ocurred to Miyamura to attempt to sabotage Sawada by lying about Hori’s favourite colours.)
On a minor side note, Yen Press elected to translate 生チョコ as “pave de geneve”, and Googling it now, it is essentially the same thing, but… I still had to Google it. Is it well-known enough in the US (I presume that’s the target audience) that your average reader would know what it is, or have they just exchanged a regional dish for a dish of a different region? They’ve even added a paragraph in the translator’s notes at the back to explain what it is, except… they’re explaining their own modification, not the original text. The note even specifically references 生チョコ as being a similar product, adding that they translated it that way because Miyamura’s the son of a baker, but that’s daft. (It also mentions the recipe is cubes of cholocate dusted with cocoa powder, but… there’s supposed to be cream in there. The cream is a necessary ingredient, otherwise it’s just a block of chocolate broken up into squares.)
It’s not an episode of Myamura this time, though.
I like how the interaction between Sawada and her Iura-liking classmate echoes the interaction between Miyamura and Iura himself back in the main chapter. 
The end of the penultimate volume. Not counting the bonus volume 17. Or the bonus volume 100, though that one’s largely behind-the-scenes material.
I’ve never heard the term before. (I should be able to confidently speak for at least 60% of the US on this.)
