I think the change predates our start of volume 9, so you probably already had the new scan for this one.
I only noticed the difference because after reading this week’s chapter I saw an old screenshot that I took from a previous volume (the one I posted above) and it looked blurry in comparison. Look at the 遡る with the furigana in particular, it’s night and day.

Hm but then it’s not a very recent update, I downloaded the files back in August last year when I bought them (when I buy stuff I download them right away and Mokuro them)

Maybe those more recent entries had good scans from the start and later they went back and updated the earlier ones?
