Last chapter, let’s go!
This is it, last week for the first book!
I have edited the formatting of the OP to support multiple books; I remember people saying they wanted to keep reading on. Even if they don’t, someone else might in the future.
I got distracted by reading 放浪息子 this week. Hopefully I’ll finish this week’s reading tonight or tomorrow.
Welp I went ahead and bought volume 2 since I loved this so much.
Nice, have fun! Hope you’ll keep us updated how it compares. ![]()

Oh! An email from Amazon Japan recommending me some things! Let’s have a look!

Oh such nice things! Let’s scroll down in the email, surely more great things will follow

Nah I’m good thanks.

Bwahahaha. I want it just for giggles.

Also for future ab goals.
Honestly same, those abs are some serious goals
Though for some reason I imagined Kino as musclier than that, like, bigger arms, but it’s good she’s got abs at least.
Right?
But she’s still, like, 15 or 16? I can admit at that age kids don’t put on as much muscle as an adult, but I agree. Guns aren’t light and if you’re practicing so regularly you’d get some arm definition.
Maybe no one cares but I just started reading this as my first “real book” after getting a bit bored of the graded readers. I’m loving it! I’m doing the word list also on kitsun.io (though it has quite a few errors). The unknown kanji are a bit hard but otherwise it’s going ok. Still in the first chapter.
Started reading 学園キノ because I need help.
The first page is this, and I feel like it just about sums up our feelings on the gun descriptions in the book.
Does anyone have an exportable word list? I’d like to learn (or, at least, read) the vocab for each chapter before reading the chapter, and then putting everything in anki for SRS
theres a word list on flo*flo i think: here
*i’m not sure if you can export it though. if you want to suggest books to be added, you have to have it formatted in spreadsheet/excel so the creator of that website probably has it ![]()
I’m pretty sure you can’t export them, sadly.
Oh, I thought I could only export my personal data, completely missed that I could export book data, too. I’ll definitely consider joining the patreon, then.
