Like they’re talking about someone using magic to make themselves look younger, and she’s like "omg omg, I heard, as well, there are witches who have an interest in cosmetics!! I dunno, I guess they’re magical cosmetics that actually make you look younger. It just seemed weird when I first read it 
I did the same the other day with 連れ戻す and 通れ戻す (only one of those is a real word, which I already knew)
I’m convinced we’ve understood something subtly differently, but every time I try and phrase how I read it it ends up the same as what you’ve said…
Given her last speech bubble and her general love of talking about magic it felt pretty natural to me. Especially since it’s part of the set up for that misunderstanding.

Vertical’s translation is: I heard there are witches who can do that as easily as putting on makeup. I can’t really relate that to what you’ve said is the Japanese text, though. Perhaps Vertical was just as confused. 
I think it’s a gambling reference - Vertical has Chinatsu exlaiming Odds!, so possibly it’s a reference to cho-han.
She shouts 半っ！in the Japanese so I reckon its this.

Page 81: When she says 成長じゃないんですか？ is she saying “isn’t it just that you’re growing?”
Page 90: I couldn’t quite make out the sentence in the first speech bubble. I think it’s いっ頃（採れる）の？ but I’m not sure about the bit in brackets.
Page 97: Can I take りっぱだこと to mean the same as りっぱなこと? I can’t help but read this as if my nose is blocked…
Page 98: In panel 4, Is Makoto saying it makes your boobs grow? Sometimes I can’t tell if she’s is an airhead, or actually really cunning.
Page 99: Once again, struggled with handwritten kanji. Anyone know what the kanji I’ve marked with a circle is supposed to be? 別の◯類ですね。
P.S. I like how my dictionary just says 二十日大根 〔植〕⇒ らディ(ッ)シュ in the definition. @Radish8, it’s a shame you’re not reading along. You’re an important part of this chapter.

Yes, I think so - more literally “isn’t it just growth / development” in contrast to the weight gain being from getting fatter. In the previous bubble she says Nao’s appearance hasn’t changed at all in terms of “fatness” - thus any weight gain is more likely growth..
I got confused
No, she’s saying it reduces oedema, which is general fluid retention in the body’s tissues. Thus one can potentially lose weight by eating it. スラっと in the next panel means “slender”.
I think it’s 種類 - it’s a different type of radish.

Not very confident of the meaning of そろって here - I get that Nao is saying something like “both sisters are alike in being rather unique”, but is this the verb そろう? The expression そろって?

I know I’m overthinking this, but is 最強 used in a more loose way than just “strongest”, to express amazement at how impressive something is, or how powerful it is?

I think it’s used the way you’ve described. In this context I’d probably translate as “overwhelming” or something similar.

I feel this is using the “to be equal, to match” meaning of そろう. I agree with your conclusion that they “match” in the fact that they are both very unique.
I agree with your impression. The word 強い also has quite a few alternate meanings including “intense”, “fierce”, “dependable”, “skilled”, and even “competent”, so it makes sense for 最強 to have some nuances that might not translate literally to “strongest”.

“It’s a fashionable and nice shop,” right? (で acting as “and”)
Yes, except it’s not just で but rather the ～て form of the な-adjective オシャレ. Which… just happens to be sticking a で on the back.

The trick is that you always need to use the ～て form when connecting multiple adjectives or verbs. It would have been more apparent if the adjectives were swapped, because it would have been よくてオシャレなお店だよ
Chapter 14 –
Wait, maybe she’s saying, "Among witches, there are also those that can, using their makeup sense [skill; kind of how Chihaya in Chihayafuru says “game sense,” but means more like “(game) skill”], make [themselves?] [若くする人] look like young people. I’m unsure whether this even implies magic (though it certainly can).
