I saw this adverb in this sentence,
お料理 どれも おいしかった: “All dishes were delicious.”

I am a bit baffled by the どれも adverb, accordingly to Jisho:

1. any; all; every; both; either; none (with neg. verb).

When どれも means “either”, does it mean “either” as in: 1) A or B or both A & B; as in 2) A or B but not A&B; or perhaps as in both (1) and (2)? I’m guessing it should be (1)…

My understanding of it is どれも = どれ+も
どれ is simply “which” when choosing among 3 or more things
も is the particle, the same one you use to say something is also true about this thing
ie. さくらはきれいです. はるかもきれいです ( As for Sakura, she is pretty. Haruka is also pretty.)

So どれも is saying something like “whichever one you choose, this is true for all of them”. I haven’t encountered a sentence where this understanding has failed me yet.

Sounds like what Jisho means by either is:
“Would you like tea or coffee?”
“Either.”
