-
Panda: 夜露死苦!
-
Panda: Best regards! (Slang/pun for 宜しく/よろしく)
-

- じゃ - then, well then, well, etc.
- そろそろ - soon, momentarily, before long, etc.
- 帰る - return home

-
Penguin: Well then, I’m going home now
-

Panel 4
-
Panda: ジューレツチューシャってナニ?
- ジューレツチューシャ - parallel parking
- って - (casual quoting particle; here used as the topic particle, I think)
- ナニ - what (何/なに)
-
Panda: What is ‘pair of well park king’? (Literally ‘parallel parking’, but written this way this Panda doesn’t understand what it means.)
-
Shirokuma: 仕事しなくちゃ
- 仕事しなくちゃ - must work (extremely shortened/casual form of 仕事しなくてはいけない, the “must do” form of 仕事する)
-
Shirokuma: There’s work to do (I’m a little unsure of what Shirokuma actually means here. He could be saying to Penguin, “you’ve got to work”, like a follow up to his がんばって above. But since it sort of looks like an aside, I interpreted it as him talking to himself like, “Well, I’ve still got work to do now.”)
