Just to add a side note:
何をしますか？ means “What are you going to do?”, so I was actually asking "what are you going to do (on your day off on Tuesday?)
If I was asking what you do for work, it would have been:
何のしごとをしていますか？ (What do you do for work)?
Or
何をしていますか？ literally means What are you doing, but it can imply to mean “What do you do for work?” depending on the context.
Japanese tenses works a bit differently than English so it’s a bit tricky and I’d say don’t worry too much about it for now, but I thought I’d mention it in case you may want to know.

You can also say 「一日目」or「だい一日」(Which is explained in the 日 counters article here)
This sentence means “Then what date is it 3 days from today?” 
３日ご: in 3 days/3 days from today

I want to take a guess and say the next question is asking what type of cuisine I cook as a chef? There is no specific cuisine I cook (like Italian, or French). I work at a Gastropub and the menu is all over the place.
色々食べ物が作ります! 魚や肉やバーガやサラダやデサート作ります。僕の仕事はガストロパブです。
How would you use cooking in a verb form? 料理をする？

No need to feel embarrassed though. People make mistakes to be better, and that’s what this WK Japanese forum is for. That said, to make you feel better, here is my recent embarrassing mistake. I thought overlap was spelt as overwrap. So, I was typing or saying it aloud as “overwrap” over and over again at work. lol
And your guess is correct. I asked you what type of cuisine you cook as a chef.

今日は八月十四日水曜日です。
@mamimumason さん remember when you said 「じゃあ、３日ごは、何月何日でしょう」and I said 「分かりません」The part that was confusing me was 「３日ご」I was scouring the internet for the meaning of the ご or ごは particles. In your most recent reply, I see 「十日後は」and I realize it was just the word for after (後) the whole time. 
When it’s a lot of hiragana, I have a hard time distinguishing the words from the particles.
今日から十日後は どようびです。八月二十四日です。

今日は８月15よう日です。
今日は８月１５日曜日です。じょうくはくもりです。今日も、台風があります。

Ah, my bad. Yeah it’s difficult to see which one is a part of word and which one is particles when it’s all hiragana, isn’t it? I guess that’s one of the major reasons of learning kanji
今日から十日後は どようびです。八月二十四日です。
In order to combine the two sentences into one, you can remove “す” and connect with a comma. So it’ll be something like:
今日から十日後は どようびです。**、**八月二十四日です。
Pretty easy right? Now, can you try to combine these two sentences?
