I’m not sure how else to put it. If your English isn’t good enough to tell the difference between talking too fast and talking too much, or you can’t perceive a difference, I don’t think you’ll be able to answer my question.
i can tell the difference between talking too much (話しすぎる) and talking too fast (早く話しすぎる).
but as i said, i don’t get what you’d like to express with “saying too much, quickly”. in my opinion this phrase sounds strange or is at least too ambiguous.

It’s the same as saying too much slowly, only you do it quickly.

Lolol so I just realized that the red part is the incorrect bit and the green part is the added correction which is meant to replace the red. I thought it was all put together as one sentence, so the words didn’t make sense to me. But thank you anyway (and also you @buburoi)
