Can I make a suggestion? Now that the readathon is reaching its anniversary, I think you should include the year in the title of the post. So that this thread is easily separate from last year’s and next year’s readathons.

Goals: I bought this novel of ひぐらしのなく頃に 第一話 鬼隠し編 and it seems that the text is only slightly different than the VN and that I’m around chapter 6 equivalent. My goal is to reread all I’ve already done (about 5.4k chars).

Hey! Looks like I’ll be able to join in this time too, which will be my second readathon.
I guess I have three thoughts for what I’ll do:
- I’ve a bunch more physical Frieren volumes (7-13) which it would be good to read through and I know among my physical manga they’re some of the easier ones.
- I’m pacing a little behind my novel goal by like… half a novel, maybe I’ll try read a bunch of something novel related.
- Games! Maybe I’ll push to finish out 13 Sentinels, or get started (again) on Digimon Survive, or a bunch of my friends are on a Pokemon kick so maybe it’s time for some more Sword (or Shield… I forget which one I own)
Which will I actually do? Maybe I’ll focus on one goal and try complete it, maybe I’ll jump between all 3, will see on the day.

I don’t think I’ll be able to take a day off from work or family duties on that weekend but I’ll read as much as I can on my free time

There has technically only been one shared place to add results numbers, since my intention was for the Participants list to just be a place to link to user posts for reference. But to reduce confusion, I removed the “results” column of the Participants list, so it’ll only be a place to link any goals posts
Is it an okay compromise if I only add the year number once the event is done 
I’ll go back and year-itize the past event titles, definitely. But while this one is still going, I’d like to keep the title as uncluttered as possible

I’ll be the resident captive reader for this season, trapped on a plane for many hours while everyone gets to read in fun and comfortable places 
I won’t have manga access (unless I finesse some onto my tablet in the next two weeks), so my goal books are all novels!

The sad fact is that my reading has been so sparse recently that the “current %” numbers will likely not change before the event starts. But if they do, I will happily update them!
三毛猫ホームズ / Calico Holmes is the one physical book copy that I’ll be bringing and I predict that to be the easiest for me to advance through. すずめ / Suzume and オレンジ / Orange are both digital, so I’m assuming there will be screen fatigue experienced at some point. My flight is 6.5 hours and I’m one of those 3-hours-early-to-the-airport people, hopefully I should have plenty of time to reach my time goal. It’ll all come down to my reading stamina!

Ooooh, this looks fun! I’m still a noob so native material would be too rough so soon, but this would be a good opportunity to sit down and read through a bunch of the level 0 (and maybe level 1?) Tadoku PDFs I downloaded

CandyKale’s Readathon Goals
I’m completely free the weekend of this Readathon so I’m hoping to be able to get a good few hours in. I’m pretty sure for the Spring one I didn’t hit any of my goals (or even manage to take part it seems?) 
so I’ll be a little bit more realistic this time around.
My main goal will be to finish off Pokemon for the BBC. I’ve fallen behind on that one so it’ll be three weeks worth of reading. Anything else after that will be bonus reading!
